Body

WHEREAS Kathryn Fleming has satisfactorily completed the installation bituminous surface pavement by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, for:  Glacier Valley Phase 1.

 

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED

 

 

That the bituminous surface street improvements on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:

 

 

•                     Hickory Ridge Road from Station 16+07.68 to Raymond Road.

 

 

The attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements, which shall increase the street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B1934 by $5,021.22 for a useful life of 40 years.
