Accepting bituminous surface pavement constructed by Private Contract in Eighth Addition to Blackhawk - Phase 3, Private Contract No. 2187.

Body

WHEREAS, McKenzie 300 Corporation has satisfactorily completed the installation bituminous surface pavement by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, for:  the Eighth Addition to Blackhawk - Phase 3

 

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED

 

 

That the bituminous surface street improvements on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:

 

 

                     Big Stone Trail from the north line of Lot 461 (existing street) to the south line of Lot 459.

                     River Birch Court from Big Stone Trail to the east end.

 

The attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements, which shall increase the street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B2187 by $9,487.80 for a useful life of 40 years.
