DRAFTER’S ANALYSIS:   Rezoning property at 1308 W. Dayton Street from PD (Planned Development) District to CI (Campus Institutional) District to change the zoning of Union South into the Campus Institutional District.

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:

 

Map Amendment 00284 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:

 

"28.022-00284.  The following described property is hereby rezoned to CI (Campus Institutional) District:

 

Lot 1, Certified Survey Map 13177, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin. Said parcel contains 3.59 acres of land.”
