Fiscal Note

The 2017 adopted Capital Budget includes $460,000 for Forest Hill Cemetery Improvements funded by GO Borrowing (Munis Project 17167). The proposed resolution authorizes the Board of Public Works to advertise and receive bids for the 2017 Forest Hill Cemetery Improvements, with a total estimated cost of $565,000. The Parks Division will put forth a separate resolution to amend the project budget to provide sufficient funding. Any contract awarded will come before the Council and available funding will be verified at that time.

Body

BE IT RESOLVED,

 

1)                     That the plans and specifications for Forest Hill Cemetery Improvements 2017, be and are hereby approved.

 

2)                     That the Board of Public Works be and is hereby authorized to advertise and receive bids for said project.

 

3)                     That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to sign and grant easements or right-of-way release or procurement documents, maintenance agreements or encroachment agreements, as necessary and grant or accept dedication of lands and/or easements from/to the Developer/Owner for public improvements located outside of existing public fee title or easement right-of-ways.
