Body
WHEREAS, CA Student Living Madison Property Owner, LLC, has satisfactorily completed the installation of sanitary sewer, sidewalk, and terrace improvements by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, for: 114 N Bedford Street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
1. That said sanitary sewer, sidewalk, and terrace improvements be and are hereby accepted.
2. That said sanitary sewer improvements are hereby assigned to the Madison Sewer Utility for ownership and maintenance and that the attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements shall be reflected in the Madison Sewer Utility's "Utility Plant In Service".
