Title

Amending RES-17-00024, File ID No. 45366, Private Contract No. 7671 approving plans and specifications for public improvements necessary for the project known as 1801 E. Washington Ave and authorizing construction to be undertaken by the Developer, in order to allow an entity name change.  (6th AD)    

Body

WHEREAS, the developer, MMP CCG Madison, LLC has received the City of Madison's conditional approval for a mixed-use building with 228 residential units and 20,000 square feet of commercial space at 1801 E. Washington Avenue; and,

 

WHEREAS, Section 16.23(9) of the Madison General Ordinances and the conditions of approval require the developer to install the public improvements necessary to serve the development.

 

WHEREAS, the developer received approval of the project on January 6, 2017 by RES-17-00024, File Number 45366.

 

WHEREAS, the developer has requested that the entity name be changed to 1801 East Washington Madison Apartments LLC.

 

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Developer referenced in Resolution RES-17-00024, File Number 45366, is amended from MMP CCG Madison, LLC to 1801 East Washington Madison Apartments LLC.

 

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that all other provisions of the RES-17-00024 remain in full force and effect.
