Fiscal Note
The 2017 capital budget includes $3,175,000 ($2,150,000 reauthorized and $1,025,000 new funding) for the Library Maintenance Support Center project (MUNIS 10001) funded by GO Borrowing. The bid referenced in the proposed resolution is for the remodeling of the Maintenance Support Center building. The estimated cost is $2,540,000 and is available in account 10001-50-140.

Body
BE IT RESOLVED,
1) That the plans and specifications for Library Maintenance & Support Center Remodel, be and are hereby approved.
2) That the Board of Public Works be and is hereby authorized to advertise and receive bids for said project.
3) That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to sign and grant easements or right-of-way release or procurement documents, maintenance agreements or encroachment agreements, as necessary and grant or accept dedication of lands and/or easements from/to the Developer/Owner for public improvements located outside of existing public fee title or easement right-of-ways.
