Private Contract, No City Funds Are Required.

Title

Accepting street improvements (including bituminous surface pavement) constructed by Private Contract in First Addition to Hawk’s Creek - Phase 1, Private Contract No. 2131 (1st AD).

Body

WHEREAS, Badger Mill Creek, LLC, has satisfactorily completed the installation of improvements (including bituminous surface pavement) by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, in: First Addition to Hawk’s Creek - Phase 1. 

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED

 

1.  That the street improvements, including the bituminous pavement, on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:

 

•                     Flagstone Drive from the westerly lot line of Lot 60 to Trevor Way

•                     Bedner Road from Flagstone Drive to the northerly lot line of Lot 76

•                     Trevor Way from the southerly lot line of Lot 29 to the northerly lot line of Lot 42

•                     Red Granite Road from Jeffy Trail to Bedner Road

•                     Jeffy Trail from the southerly lot line of Lot 74 to the northerly lot line of Lot 75

 

 

The attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements, which shall increase the street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B2131 $467,522.13 for a useful life of 40 years.
