Fiscal Note

The proposed resolution approves plan documents to receive bids for the Far West Elevated Reservoir project (MUNIS 10445) which will construct a reservoir to ensure adequate supply and fire flow needs. The estimated cost of the work in the proposed resolution is $3.3 million, which is budgeted in the 2017 Executive Capital Budget.  The total amount budgeted in the 2017 Executive Capital Budget for this project is $4.01 million, and funding is provided by Revenue Bonds.


The proposed resolution approves plan documents at an estimated cost of $3.3 million.

BE IT RESOLVED,

 

1)                     That the plans and specifications for Blackhawk Tower Project, be and are hereby approved.

 

2)                     That the Board of Public Works be and is hereby authorized to advertise and receive bids for said project.

 

3)                     That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to sign and grant easements or right-of-way release or procurement documents, maintenance agreements or encroachment agreements, as necessary and grant or accept dedication of lands and/or easements from/to the Developer/Owner for public improvements located outside of existing public fee title or easement right-of-ways.
