Body

WHEREAS, Fritz-Mil, LLC has satisfactorily completed the installation bituminous surface pavement by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, for:  Fritz-Mil Certified Survey Map

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED

That the bituminous surface street improvements on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:

•                     West Badger Road from 796 feet east of Whalen Lane to 239 feet east of Whalen Lane

The attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements, which shall increase the street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B2061 by $12,415.10 for a useful life of 40 years.
