Fiscal Note

In the adopted 2016 capital budget the Water Utility budgeted $6.239 million for the Paterson Street Operations Center Remodel (MUNIS 10442). The project currently has $346,000 of remaining budget authority in 2016, which is sufficient for the modified contract cost increase of $27,496.  Funding is provided by revenue bonds.

The proposed resolution approves the increase to the contract cost by the amount of $27,496.
