Fiscal Note
In the adopted 2016 Capital Budget the Parks Division has budgeted $199,000 for Goodman Maintenance Facility Improvements (MUNIS 10488-51-140). This project provides funding for improvements to the Goodman Maintenance Storage building, including a new roof. This project has a balance of $ 172,247.42; the estimated cost is $100,120. Should the resolution be approved the remaining balance would be $71,127.42.

BE IT RESOLVED, that the following low bids for miscellaneous improvements be accepted and that the Mayor and City Clerk be and are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with the low bidders contained herein, subject to the Contractor's compliance with Section 39.02 of the Madison General Ordinances concerning compliance with the Affirmative Action provisions and subject to the Contractor's compliance with Section 33.07 of the Madison General Ordinances regarding Best Value Contracting:
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the funds be encumbered to cover the cost of the projects contained herein.
