Creating Section 28.022-00243 of the Madison General Ordinances to amend a Planned Development District to approve an Amended General Development Plan at properties located at 702 North Midvale Boulevard, 11th Aldermanic District, and creating Section 28.022-00244 to amend a Planned Development District to approve a Specific Implementation Plan.

DRAFTER'S ANALYSIS:  This ordinance amends the Planned Development zoning district for property located at 702 North Midvale Boulevard to convert enclosed mall retail spaces in the “south wing” into street-accessed storefronts, parking and open space.

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:

 

1.                       WHEREAS, an Amended Planned Development District General Development Plan has been duly filed for approval of the Madison Common Council and is hereby made an integral component of the zoning district regulations.

 

NOW, THEREFORE, the Common Council of the City of Madison do ordain as follows:

 

Map Amendment 00243 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:

 

"28.022-00243.  An Amended Planned Development District General Development Plan is hereby approved for the following described property:

 

Lot 1 of Certified Survey Map No 12930 as recorded in Dane County Register of Deeds in Vol 82 page 160 of certified surveys, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin, containing 28.5 acres.”

 

2.                        WHEREAS, a Planned Development District Specific Implementation Plan has been duly filed for approval of the Madison Common Council and is hereby made an integral component of the zoning district regulations.

 

NOW, THEREFORE, the Common Council of the City of Madison do ordain as follows:

 

Map Amendment 00244 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:

 

“28.022-00244.  A Planned Development District Specific Implementation Plan is hereby approved for the following described property:
