I hereby submit, for your consideration and approval, the following citizen committee appointments.
CITY-COUNTY HOMELESS ISSUES COMMITTEE
BRADLEY A. HINKFUSS (6th A.D.) - reappoint to a three-year term to the position of Member of Homeless Services Consortium or Person Experienced in Homeless Services or Advocacy. First appointed 6-16-2015.
TERM EXPIRES: 6-30-2019
DISABILITY RIGHTS COMMISSION
ERIC KOCH (2nd A.D.) - appoint to the remainder of a three-year term to the position of Adult City Resident. Mr. Koch is a legislative aide with the Wisconsin State Assembly. He has served as a volunteer for several political campaigns and has participated in Get Out The Vote efforts. Mr. Koch succeeds Anna P. Gouker.

TRANSIT AND PARKING COMMISSION
MICHAEL M. JOHNSON (13th A.D.) - appoint to the remainder of a one-year term to the position of First Alternate. Mr. Johnson is the Housing First Coordinator for the YWCA Madison. He previously served on the City’s Affirmative Action Commission and is currently on the boards of the 365 Media Foundation and the Willy Street Co-op. Mr. Johnson succeeds Kate D. Lloyd.
TERM EXPIRES: 4-30-2017
KENNETH STREIT (11th A.D.) - appoint to the remainder of a one-year term to the position of Second Alternate. Mr. Streit is a retired law professor from the University of Wisconsin. He previously served on the Transit and Parking Commission and the ADA Transit Subcommittee to the Transit and Parking Commission. He currently serves on the board of directors of Youth Services of Southern Wisconsin (Briarpatch).

SOLID WASTE ADVISORY COMMITTEE
Correction:
The following appointments were erroneously done for three-year terms instead of two-year terms. The corrected term expirations are listed below.
