DRAFTER’S ANALYSIS:    The ordinance rezones property located at 707-713 East Johnson Street from TR-V2 (Traditional Residential - Varied 2) District to NMX (Neighborhood Mixed-Use) District to demolish 2 two-family residences to construct a mixed-use building with 2,900 square feet of commercial space and 21 apartment units.

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:

 

Map Amendment 00247 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:

 

"28.022-00247.  The following described property is hereby rezoned to NMX (Neighborhood Mixed-Use) District:

 

The NW 99 Feet of the NE 8 Feet of Lot 1, all of Lot 2 and SW 10 feet of Lot 2 of Block 136 of the Original Plat  City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin, containing 9843.3 Square Feet or 0.23 acres.”
