Fiscal Note
In the adopted 2016 capital budget Monona Terrace has budgeted $249,000 in their Machinery and Other Equipment major project (MUNIS 10037). Funding for this work is provided by room tax revenue. The minor project for the Olin Terrace Rehabilitation (MUNIS 10011) is established for the work specified for the proposed resolution and has sufficient budget authority for the cost of the project.
The proposed resolution awards the contract for the specified work at an estimated cost of $62,180.

BE IT RESOLVED, that the following low bids for miscellaneous improvements be accepted and that the Mayor and City Clerk be and are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with the low bidders contained herein, subject to the Contractor's compliance with Section 39.02 of the Madison General Ordinances concerning compliance with the Affirmative Action provisions and subject to the Contractor's compliance with Section 33.07 of the Madison General Ordinances regarding Best Value Contracting:
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the funds be encumbered to cover the cost of the projects contained herein.
