Fiscal Note
In the adopted 2016 capital budget, Engineering - Facilities Management has budgeted $1.05 million for the improvements to Parks’ facilities in the major Park Facilities Improvements project (MUNIS 10564). The minor project for the Forest Hill Mausoleum improvements encompasses the estimated costs of this proposed resolution. Funding is from GO borrowing.
The proposed resolution approves plan documents with an estimated cost of $375,000.

Approving plans and specifications and authorizing the Board of Public Works to advertise and receive bids for Forest Hill Mausoleum - Building Envelope Repairs. (13th AD)
Body
BE IT RESOLVED,
1) That the plans and specifications for Forest Hill Mausoleum - Building Envelope Repairs, be and are hereby approved.
2) That the Board of Public Works be and is hereby authorized to advertise and receive bids for said project.
3) That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to sign and grant easements or right-of-way release or procurement documents, maintenance agreements or encroachment agreements, as necessary and grant or accept dedication of lands and/or easements from/to the Developer/Owner for public improvements located outside of existing public fee title or easement right-of-ways.
