Fiscal Note
This resolution authorizes a three (3) year agreement with Warner Park Cardinals Youth Football Program, Inc. at Warner Stadium in Warner Park. The agreement will set forth the terms and conditions upon which the City will allow Warner Park Cardinals Youth Football Program, Inc. to store youth football equipment and distribute equipment and uniforms at the Warner Stadium at the beginning of each season and throughout the season as needed. In addition to a security deposit, Warner Park Cardinals Youth Football Program, Inc. will pay the City an anticipated fee of $975 over the term of the agreement. These revenues will be recognized in the Parks Division Operating Budget as follow: $300 in 2016, $325 in 2017 and $350 in 2018.

Body
WHEREAS, Warner Park Cardinals Youth Football Program, Inc. (the “Program”) is a non-profit corporation that formed in 1972 for the purposes of organizing and teaching youth football on the north-side of the City, and currently oversees football teams and cheerleading squads for 4th through 8th graders; and,

WHEREAS, the Program uses the City’s athletic fields at Warner Park as its home fields, but is in need of on-site equipment storage to assist its operations; and,

WHEREAS, the City has available storage space at Warner Park to accommodate the Program and the Parks Division is agreeable to allowing the use of this space, subject to the terms and conditions of the Warner Park Storage Area Use Agreement.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to enter into a Storage Area Use Agreement with Warner Park Cardinals Youth Football Program, Inc. to store youth football equipment and distribute...
