Whereas the Plans, Specifications, and Schedule of Assessments for East and West Mifflin Street, North Carroll Street and North Pinckney Street Assessment District - 2016 were approved by Common Council (File ID 41213); and,

 

Whereas the Revised Schedule of Assessments for East and West Mifflin Street, North Carroll Street and North Pinckney Street Assessment District - 2016 were approved by Common Council (File ID 41503); and,

 

Whereas the design for East Mifflin Street and West Mifflin Street is being revised to remove the counter-flow bike lane as part of the project.  The streets will be designed such that the counter-flow bike lane will not be included with the project, but can be accommodated in the future; and,

 

Whereas the revised schedule of assessments is not being changed with these revised plans and specifications; and,

 

Whereas construction and funding will be included with project 10903, East and West Mifflin Street, North Carroll Street and North Pinckney Street Assessment District - 2016, File Id 41213.

 

Now Therefore Be It Resolved that the revised plans and specifications for East and West Mifflin Street, North Carroll Street and North Pinckney Street Assessment District - 2016, is hereby approved.
