DRAFTER’S ANALYSIS:   This ordinance changes the zoning for properties located at 3520-3546 East Washington Avenue from to CC-T (Commercial Corridor - Transitional) District to TR-C3 (Traditional Residential - Consistent 3) District for future residential development.

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:

                     

Map Amendment 00184 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:

 

"28.022-00184.  The following described property is hereby rezoned to TR-C3 (Traditional Residential -Consistent 3) District:

 

The Northerly 80 feet of the Westerly 6 feet of Lot 15 and the Northerly 80 feet of Lots 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21 and 22, Block 1, Clyde A. Gallagher’s Subdivision (Town of Burke) Plat, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin, containing 22,655 square feet or 0.52 acres.”
