SUBSTITUTE Creating Section 28.022-00175 of the Madison General Ordinances to change the zoning of property located at 109 East Lakeside Street, 13th Aldermanic District, from TR-V1 (Traditional Residential - Varied 1) District to LMX (Limited Mixed Use) District.

DRAFTER’S ANALYSIS:   This amendment rezones property with conditional use at 109 East Lakeside Street to LMX (Limited Mixed Use) District to allow for the establishment of a furniture and household goods store with upper floor dwelling unit.  This substitute ordinance corrects inadvertent errors that were made to the original ordinance when it was inputted to Legistar.

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:

Map Amendment 00175 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:

"28.022-000175.  The following described property is hereby rezoned to LMX (Limited Mixed Use) District:

The East 50 feet or the North 110 feet of Lot One (1), Block One (1), Oak Grove, in the City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin containing 5,500 square feet or 5,500 acres.”
