I hereby submit, for your consideration and approval, the following citizen committee appointments. Statement of Interest forms are on file where applicable.
ETHICS BOARD
JOSEPH B. BARING (17th A.D.) - appoint to the remainder of a three-year term to the position of Citizen Member. Mr. Baring is the pastor at St. Paul African Methodist Episcopal Church. He has served on numerous boards and is currently serving on the Dane County Workgroup for Alternatives to Incarceration. He succeeds Samuel Owens.

LANDLORD AND TENANT ISSUES COMMITTEE
CRISTINA LOR (13th A.D.) - appoint to the remainder of a three-year term to the position of Tenant Organization Representative. Ms. Lor is the Hmong & Community Outreach and Housing Resource Specialist at the Tenant Resource Center. She succeeds Charles L. Breunig.

MAURICE SHEPPARD (15th A.D.) - appoint to a three-year term to the position of Adult City Resident. Mr. Sheppard currently holds the First Alternate position and has served since 10-15-2013. He succeeds Eric W. Sundquist.

BRADLEY CAMPBELL (11th A.D.) - appoint to a two-year to the position of Member. Mr. Campbell currently holds the Second Alternate position and has served since 10-21-2014. He succeeds Zachary T. Schuster.

SOPHIA S. ROGERS (9th A.D.) - appoint to the remainder of a two-year term to the position of First Alternate. Ms. Rogers currently holds the Third Alternate position and has served since 12-2-2014. She succeeds Michael J. Vickerman who assumed a Member position.

JASON A. VARGO (6th A.D.) - appoint to a two-year term to the position of Second Alternate. Mr. Vargo is an assistant scientist at the Nelson Institute Center for Sustainability and the Global Environment - UW-Madison. He succeeds Bradley Campbell who assumed a Member position.
