Resolution to amend the Project for Public Spaces Contract for the Madison Public Market Business Plan
Body
WHEREAS, the City engaged Project for Public Spaces, Inc. (consultant) to complete a Business Plan for the Madison Public Market and that Business Plan is now complete; and
WHEREAS, a final Council presentation by Project for Public Spaces, Inc. was not included in the original consultant contract; and
WHEREAS, the City has authorized funding available for Public Market planning related work in the 2015 Capital Budget as approved;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that The Common Council Authorizes amending the 2015 Capital budget for the Public Market by amending the Project for Public Spaces, Inc. contract by up to $5,000 for the purposes of providing a final Council presentation.
