Execute Agreement with Arts Wisconsin, Inc. as fiscal agent for Urban Community Arts Network, Ltd. "For the Love of Hip-Hop Summer Concert Series" project.
 
Body
WHEREAS, the Common Council adopted Resolution RES-15-00404 (ID #38034 ) on May 7, 2015, authorizing the Mayor and the City Clerk to execute agreements with recipients of Madison Arts Commission Annual grants as described in that resolution; and,
WHEREAS, the resolution awarded $1,950 to the Urban Community Arts Network, Ltd for a project entitled "For the Love of Hip-Hop Summer Concert Series," but failed to identify its fiscal agent, Arts Wisconsin, Inc. as the contracting party; and,
WHEREAS, APM 1-1 requires all contracts to be signed by the mayor and city clerk to be authorized by the Common Council and the authorization must include the name of the contracting party,
NOW THEREFORE the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute an agreement with Arts Wisconsin, Inc as fiscal agent for Urban Community Arts Network, Ltd for the project described above and identified in RES-15-00404.
