DRAFTER'S ANALYSIS:    This amendment will rezone an existing multi-tenant building at 1325 Greenway Cross from IL (Industrial - Limited) District to  CC-T (Commercial Corridor - Transitional) District.***********************************************************************************      
The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
 
Map Amendment 00168 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:
 
"28.022-00168.  The following described property is hereby rezoned to CC-T (Commercial Corridor - Transitional) District:
 
Lots 5, 6, 7 and 8 of Maple Lawn Heights Commercial Plat, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin, containing 70,614 square feet or 1.62 acres."
