Body

WHEREAS, the developer, Board of Regents, University of Wisconsin System, has received the City of Madison's conditional approval for the UW Music Performance Facility and,

WHEREAS, Section 16.23(9) of the Madison General Ordinances requires the developer to install the public improvements necessary to serve the development.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the plans and specifications for the public improvements on N. Lake Street necessary to UW Music Performance Facility are hereby approved.
