PREAMBLE
A Public Emergency per Wisconsin Statute Section 62.15(1b) of the Wisconsin Statutes was declared on December 17, 2014 to repair a beam and repair 2 bearings that were discovered by Strand Associates Inc. during their John Nolen Causeway Bridges Movement Survey and Condition Assessments.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
1 - That the repairs to the John Nolen Bridges are complete.
2 - That the emergency is hereby declared to be satisfied and is closed and the work is accepted as completed.
3 - That the Contractor, Joe Daniels Construction Co., Inc. and Engineer Consultant, Strand Associates, Inc. are to paid in full.
4 - That the Public Works Emergency declared on December 17, 2014 is herby terminated.
