COMMITTEE ON EMPLOYEE RELATIONS

ALD. DENISE DEMARB, District 16 - appoint to the position of Board of Estimates Alder.
TERM EXPIRES: 4-21-2015

ALD. JOSEPH CLAUSIUS, District 17 - appoint to the position of Board of Estimates Alder.
TERM EXPIRES: 4-21-2015

ROB PHILLIPS - appoint to the position of Management Member. Mr. Phillips serves as the City Engineer.
TERM EXPIRES: 4-19-2016

GREG MICKELLS - appoint to the position of Management Member. Mr. Mickells serves as the Library Director, Madison Public Library.
TERM EXPIRES: 4-18-2017

NATALIE ERDMAN - appoint to the position of Management Member. Ms. Erdman serves as the CDA Executive Director and is currently serving as interim Director of the Department of Planning, Community and Economic Development.
TERM EXPIRES: 4-17-2018

JACK S. BERNFELD (6th A.D.) - appoint to the position of Citizen Member. Mr. Bernfeld has spent more than 37 years working in the labor movement. He spent more than 34 years with Wisconsin Council 40, AFSCME, AFL-CIO, a labor organization that, at its height, represented more than 32,000 workers in over 600 primarily local government bargaining units. He held various positions with the Council, ultimately serving as Associate Director. He was actively involved in all areas of collective bargaining, contract administration and organizing for affiliates across Wisconsin. In 2012, he became Executive Director of the Racine Education UniServ Council, where he managed a labor organization representing more than 2000 educators and support personnel. For the past year, he has served as a Director with WEAC Region 6, a labor organization representing approximately 5000 educators and support personnel in southern Wisconsin, where he works as an advocat...
