Body
WHEREAS, UW Board of Regents has satisfactorily completed the installation of sanitary sewer and sidewalk and terrace improvements by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, in:  Gordon Commons - 717 W. Johnson Street.
 
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
 
1.  That said sanitary sewer and sidewalk and terrace improvements be and are hereby accepted.  
 
2. That said sanitary sewer improvements are hereby assigned to the Madison Sewer Utility for ownership and maintenance and that the attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements shall be reflected in the Madison Sewer Utility's "Utility Plant In Service".  
 
SANITARY SEWER ACCOUNTING DATA
 
A)      Total Contract Value (including Engineering
      and Miscellaneous Costs)                  $      61,589.68      
 
B)      Contributions in Aid of Construction:
      a)      Public Sewer Components            $      61,589.68

3. That the street improvements on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
 
•      W. Dayton Street from East Campus Mall to N. Lake Street
•      N. Lake Street from W. Dayton Street to W. Johnson Street
•      W. Johnson Street from N. Lake Street to East Campus Mall
 
 
The attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements, which shall increase the street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B2253  $ 32,220.00 for a useful life of 40 years.
