Accepting bituminous surface improvements constructed by Private Contract In The Meadowlands -Phase 2, Private Contract No. 1967.
Body
WHEREAS, Meadowlands Land, LLC has satisfactorily completed the installation of bituminous surface improvements by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction for: The Meadowlands - Phase 2.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
1. That the bituminous surface improvements on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
· Silver Dawn Drive from the west line of Lot 40 (existing street) to Golden Maple Road
· Half Moon Court from Silver Dawn Drive to Silver Dawn Drive (looped street)
· Red Birch Run from Silver Dawn Drive to the north line of Lot 29
· Golden Maple Road from ten south line of Lot 53 (existing street) to the north line of Lot 70
The attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements, which shall increase the street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B1967 $44,722.60 for a useful life of 40 years.
