Accepting bituminous surface improvements constructed by Private Contract In Linden Park - Phase 9, Private Contract No. 2246.
Body
WHEREAS, Veridian Homes AB, LLC has satisfactorily completed the installation of bituminous surface improvements by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction for: Linden Park - Phase 9.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
1. That the bituminous surface improvements on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
• Silkwood Trail from the west line of Lot 104 (existing street) to the west line of Lot 68.
• Hollybush Lane from southbound Color Peak Road to the east line of Lot 49 (existing street).
The attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements, which shall increase the street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B2246 $ 16,776.09 for a useful life of 40 years.
