The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
Map Amendment 00152 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to zone the following described property to the IL (Industrial-Limited) District:
A parcel of land in the NE 1/4 of the SE ¼ of Section 33, Township 8 North, Range 10 East, in the Town of Burke, Dane County, Wisconsin, more fully described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the West line of said NE ¼ SE ¼, 66 feet South from the Northwest corner thereof; thence continuing South on said West line approximately 185 fee to a point which is on the North bank of the drainage ditch, then in a general Northeasterly direction along the Northwest bank of said drainage ditch, and following the curvature of said ditch, to a point on the South side of the public highway, which point is approximately 85 feet from the point of beginning of this description; thence due West along the South side of said highway approximately 86 feet to the point of beginning.
