Body
This work shall consist of correction of the existing and creation of an updated floodplain model for the east branch of Starkweather Creek adjacent to the Voit property, between Highway 30 (north) and Milwaukee Street (south) and submittal of a subsequent remapping request to FEMA and the WDNR, and development of a feasibility-level design of a stormwater treatment facility to be located on the Voit property, now in the Town of Blooming Grove.  
 
WHEREAS Brown and Caldwell is a professional consulting firm qualified to complete this type of work and,
 
WHEREAS it has been determined that Brown and Caldwell submitted the best qualified proposal for this project,
 
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to enter into an agreement with Brown and Caldwell for consulting engineering services for the Starkweather Creek Stormwater Treatment Project.
