Preamble:
The City entered into a contract for Purchase of Services (Design Professionals) with Angus Young Associates, Inc for the South Point Road Warm Storage Building located at 402 south Point Road. The original contract was approved on July 6, 2011 (RES-11-00517). The original contract was amended for Master Site Planning services on June 20, 2012 (RES-12-00471).
This amendment is for additional engineering design services requested by Facility Maintenance, City Engineering, to the previously completed heating and ventilation system designed by Angus Young Associates, Inc. including plans, specifications, design calculations and required approvals. The cost of this amendment is $11,126.25.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute Amendment No. 2 to the contract between the City and Angus Young Associates, Inc. for additional engineering design services for the South Point Road Warm Storage Building.
