WHEREAS, Great Neighborhoods West, LLC has satisfactorily completed the installation of bituminous surface improvements by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction for: Cardinal Glenn - Phase 4.
 
 
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
 
1. That the bituminous surface improvements on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
 
·      Pine Lawn Parkway from the north line of Lot 39 to Harvest Moon Lane.
·      Harvest Moon Lane from South Point Road to the westerly line of Lot 27.
·      Outlot 2 from Pine Lawn Parkway northerly to Vista Meadow Drive and easterly to the west line of Lot 25.
      
 
The attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements, which shall increase the street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B2156    $28,800.70 for a useful life of 40 years.
