Accepting bituminous surface improvements constructed by private contract in Secret Places at Siggelkow Preserve - Phase 4, Private Contract 2144.
Body
WHEREAS, Great Neighborhoods South, LLC has satisfactorily completed the installation of bituminous surface improvements by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction for: Secret Places at Siggelkow Preserve - Phase 4.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
1. That the bituminous surface improvements on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
· Catalina Parkway from the east line of Lot 41 to the west line of Lot 258.
· Secret Garden Drive from Bautista Alley (existing street) to the north plat line.
· Arrowpoint Way from Secret Garden Drive to Bautista Drive.
· Bautista Drive from Bautista Alley (existing street) to Catalina Parkway.
· Alley 'O' (Catalina Alley) From Secret Garden Drive to Catalina Parkway.
The attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements, which shall increase the street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B2144 $67,020.04 for a useful life of 40 years.
