Accepting storm sewer and street improvements (excluding bituminous surface pavement) constructed by Private Contract In The Meadowlands, Phase 5, Private Contract No. 2084.
Body
WHEREAS, Veridian Homes AB, LLC has satisfactorily completed the installation of storm sewer and street improvements (excluding bituminous surface pavement) by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, in: The Meadowlands, Phase 5.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
1. That said storm sewer, and street improvements (excluding bituminous surface pavement) be and are hereby accepted.
2. That said storm sewer improvements are hereby assigned to the Madison Storm Water Utility for ownership and maintenance and that the attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements shall be reflected in the Madison Storm Water Utility's "Utility Plant In Service".
Increase in Total Plant Value per Schedule "A" $42,949.39.
3. That the street improvements, excluding the bituminous pavement, on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
· Juneberry Drive from the northerly line of Lot 107 to Littlemore Drive (existing street).
· Littlemore Drive from Juneberry Drive (existing street) to the easterly line of Lot 123.
4. That the alley improvements on the following street be and are hereby accepted:
· Alley from east right of way of Juneberry Drive to the westerly line of Lot 126, and from southerly line of said Alley to the northerly line of Lot 140.
· Alley from west right of way of Juneberry Drive to the west line of Lot 102 (existing street).
The attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements, which shall increase the street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B2084 $ 98,809.77 for a useful life of 40 years.
