I hereby submit, for your consideration and approval, the following appointment for introduction and adoption under the suspension of the rules. Statement of Interest forms are on file.
ALCOHOL LICENSE REVIEW COMMITTEE
FERNANDO CANO OSPINA (18th A.D.) - appoint to the remainder of a three-year term to the position of Adult City Resident. Mr. Cano Ospina is the Diversity Services Coordinator for Mendota Mental Health Institute. He serves as president of the East Bluff Condominium Association and is an active member of the Latino Health Council of Dane County and the Latino Support Network. Mr. Cano Ospina succeeds Thomas J. Farley.

MADISON FOOD POLICY COUNCIL
TAIYA R. BACH STREIFFER (6th A.D.) - appoint to the remainder of a three-year term to the position of Health Care Provider Representative. Ms. Bach Streiffer is a registered dietician with UW-Health-Nutrition Services and an education assistant with the UW-Department of Pathology. She succeeds Cassandra M. Vanderwall.
