Creating Section 28.022 - 00142 and Section 28.022 - 00143 of the Madison General Ordinances to change the zoning of property generally addressed as 740 Jenifer Street, 6th Aldermanic District, from TR-V1 (Traditional Residential - Varied 1) District to PD(GDP)SIP (Planned Development (General Development Plan) Specific Implementation Plan) District to construct a new 12-unit apartment building following division of the property by Certified Survey Map.

DRAFTER'S ANALYSIS: This ordinance expands the Planned Development zoning district for property located at 740 Jenifer Street to construct a new 12-unit apartment building following division of the property by Certified Survey Map. An existing single-family home on the property will remain in TR-V1 zoning.

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
1. WHEREAS, a Planned Development District General Development Plan has been duly filed for approval of the Madison Common Council and is hereby made an integral component of the zoning district regulations.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Common Council of the City of Madison do ordain as follows:
Map Amendment 00142 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:
28.022-00142. A Planned Development District General Development Plan is hereby approved and changes the zoning from TR-V1 (Traditional Residential - Varied 1) District for the following described property:
Lot 4, Block 128, original plat of Madison except the Northeast 8 feet of the Northwest 76 feet, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin, containing 8,064 square feet or 0.19 acres.
2. WHEREAS, a Planned Development District Specific Implementation Plan has been duly filed for approval of the Madison Common Council and is hereby made an integral component of the zoning district regulations.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Common Council of the City of Madison do ordain as follows:
