I hereby submit, for your consideration and approval, the following citizen committee appointments. Committee applications for mayoral appointments are attached. Statement of Interest forms are on file where applicable.
BOARD OF HEALTH FOR MADISON AND DANE COUNTY
JUDITH M. WILCOX (2nd A.D.) - reappoint to a three-year term to the position of City Resident. First Appointed 5-3-2005.

CEDRIC A. JOHNSON (2nd A.D.) - appoint to the remainder of a three-year term to the position of Citizen Member. Mr. Johnson is the development officer for the Madison Children's Museum. In addition, he is active with several organizations and currently serves as the president of Out Professionals and Executive Network (O.P.E.N.). Mr. Johnson succeeds Patty Elson.

SARAH SOSA-ACEVEDO (13th A.D.) - appoint to the remainder of a three-year term to the position of Citizen Member. Ms. Sosa-Acevedo is the volunteer coordinator for the Madison Museum of Contemporary Art. In addition, she serves on the board of the Latino Chamber of Commerce. Ms. Sosa-Acevedo succeeds Leslee J. Nelson.

RICHARD B. ARNESEN (9th A.D.) - reappoint to a two-year term to the position of Citizen Appointee. First appointed 2-5-2013.

MADISON PUBLIC LIBRARY BOARD
EVE GALANTER (5th A.D.) - appoint to a three-year term to the position of Adult City Resident. Ms. Galanter is a former council member and former director of U.S. Senator Herb Kohl's Madison office. She has been active with several organizations and currently serves on the board of the Capital Times Kids Fund. Ms. Galanter succeeds David L. Wallner who served 10+ years.
