Amending Section. 1.08(3)(a) of the Madison General Ordinances to create a bail deposit for violation of required dog license and second violation of required cat license.

DRAFTER'S ANALYSIS: This ordinance creates a bail deposit schedule for dog license which was inadvertently left out of the ordinance and creates a bail deposit for a second violation of the cat license ordinance.
