NOW, THEREFORE, the Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
 
Map Amendment 00092 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to zone the following described property to the DR-1 (Downtown Residential 1) District:
 
Southwest ½ of the Northeast ½ of Lot One (1) and the Southwest ½ of the Northeast ½ of the Northwest 22 feet of Lot Two (2), Block Two Hundred Sixty-Seven (267), in the (Pritchette) Original Plat of Madison, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin, Containing 9,934 square feet or 0.23 Acres."
