Body
DRAFTER'S ANALYSIS:  In Formal Opinion 2013-002, the City Attorney found that the Clerk should submit the proceedings to the Mayor within 72 hours of the conclusion of a Council meeting.  This ordinance codifies that ruling to bring greater certainty to the time of presentation of the proceedings to the Mayor.
