DRAFTER'S ANALYSIS:  This ordinance approves an amended specific implementation plan to construct a new apartment building with 74 units at 105-113 S. Mills Street and 1020-102 Mound Street following demolition of 6 residential structures.

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
 
1.        WHEREAS, an Amended Specific Implementation Plan has been duly filed for approval of the Madison Common Council and is hereby made an integral component of the zoning district regulations.
 
NOW, THEREFORE, the Common Council of the City of Madison do ordain as follows:
 
Map Amendment 00072 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:
 
"28.022-00072.  An Amended Planned Development District Specific Implementation Plan is hereby approved for the following described property:
 
All of Lots 7, 8, 9 and the Southern 100 Feet of Lots 5 and 6 and the Western 120 Feet of Vacated St. James Court, Block 4, Greenbush Addition Madison, Recorded in Volume A of Plats on Page 15, Dane County Registry, Located in the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 23 And in the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 22 All in Township 07 North, Range 09 East, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin, containing 39,359 sq. ft."
