Preamble
The parties, the City of Madison ("City") and Engberg Anderson, Inc. ("Architect" or "Contractor") entered into a contract for the purchase of professional architectural and engineering design services for the Meadowridge Branch Expansion and the Meadowood Neighborhood Center on April 30, 2013, and,
The next phase of for additional architectural and engineering design services for the Meadowridge Branch Expansion and the Meadowood Neighborhood Center related to Design Development, Construction Documents, Bidding, and Construction Administration will not exceed $206,000.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute an Amendment to Contract No. 7162 between the City of Madison and Engberg Anderson, Inc. to authorize the additional work in the amount not to exceed $206,000.00.
