The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
Map Amendment 00056 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:
"28.022-00056. The following described property is hereby omitted from the PD(GDP) Planned Development (General Development Plan) District and added to the PD(GDP and SIP) Planned Development (General Development Plan and Specific Implementation Plan) District:
Lot 95, Second Addition to Mid Town Commons, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin, containing 65,340 square feet or 1.5 acres."
