I hereby submit, for your consideration and approval, the following citizen committee appointments.  Committee applications for mayoral appointments are attached.  Statement of Interest forms are on file for these appointees where applicable.
 
 
BOARD OF PARK COMMISSIONERS
 
EMILY R. GNAM (11th A.D.) - appoint to the remainder of a five-year term to the position of Adult City Resident.  Ms. Gnam serves as associate general counsel for CUNA Mutual.  In addition, she is a board member of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and a Girl Scout Troop Leader.  She succeeds William W. Barker.

SATYA RHODES-CONWAY (12th A.D.) - appoint to the position of Citizen Member.  Ms. Rhodes-Conway is a senior associate at the Center on Wisconsin Strategy and the managing director for the Mayors Innovation Project.  She formerly served as the alder for district 12.  She succeeds Dan Kennelly.
