Body

DRAFTER'S ANALYSIS:  This amendment addresses operational challenges arising from the new code.  Specifically, it corrects the omission of accessory dwelling units (ADU's) from the Downtown Residential Districts use chart.  This change makes the downtown residential districts consistent with the other residential districts regarding ADU's.
