Map Amendment 00051 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:
 
"28.022-00051.  The following described property is hereby omitted from the PD-SIP (Planned Development - Specific Implementation Plan) District and added to the Amended PD (GDP-SIP) Amended Planned Development (General Development Plan - Specific Implementation Plan) District:
 
Lot 112 of Reston Heights Plat, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin, containing 32.2 acres."
