PREAMBLE
The City of Madison and the Town of Blooming Grove have scheduled the resurfacing of Femrite Drive from 300 feet east of Meier Road to CTH AB. A portion of the Femrite Drive Right of way currently is split between the Town of Blooming Grove and the City of Madison. The street will be resurfaced with three inches of asphalt pavement under City Contract. The Town of Blooming Grove and the City of Madison will each be responsible for the cost to resurface their share of Femrite Drive.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the plans and specifications are approved and the Board of Public Works is authorized to advertise and receive bids for the resurfacing of Femrite Drive from 300 feet east of Meier Road to CTH AB.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute an agreement with the Town of Blooming Grove for cost sharing for the project.
